Cofradía de Pescadores Mogán
About This Spot
Stepping into Cofradía de Pescadores Mogán feels like slipping into a quiet moment by the sea, where the rhythm of the harbor gently slows time. Nestled just beyond the busiest tourist paths, this seafood restaurant offers a restful pause with open views of Puerto de Mogán’s lively dársena and charming townscape. The atmosphere is welcoming without hurry—an invitation to savor both the setting and the flavors born from the ocean's nearby bounty.
The pace here is easy and unpretentious. A casual local eatery with a genuine connection to its surroundings, it’s the kind of spot where the service balances familiarity with thoughtful attentiveness. Staff greet you with warmth that never feels forced, quietly guiding your experience to focus on the simple pleasures of fresh seafood and traditional touches, without fanfare.
At the table, the essence of place reveals itself through dishes made with care and vibrant flavors that evoke the Canarian coast—the subtle smokiness of grilled sardines, the satisfying texture of freshly steamed mussels, or the gentle spice mingling in rich, black rice with squid and clams. These plates don’t shout for attention; they invite you to lean in, rediscovering whether it’s a meal shared over a glass of sangria or the quiet clink of cutlery on alioli-touched bread. Each bite feels like a small ceremony honoring local ingredients and traditions.
Here, overlooking the quaint marina, diners experience a connection to the sea and town that often escapes the more tourist-centric places nearby. The view and the company, paired with the honest flavors and steady service, combine into a quietly memorable gathering spot. It’s a place where people come to slow down, appreciate the craft behind their meal, and feel part of the maritime rhythm that defines Mogán.

I've seen some worrying reviews about this place, but honestly, it's just fine. In Puerto de Mogán, almost every spot feels a bit of a tourist trap anyway. This one has a lovely view of the port and town, friendly service, and a menu available in several languages.

Amazing place, tucked away from the touristy spots by the dock! Fresh seafood, outstanding flavours, and great service. We enjoyed every dish and our time overlooking Mogán village.

A Hidden Gem in Puerto de Mogán! We had the most wonderful dining experience here, truly a hidden gem! The food was absolutely outstanding. Fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. The chef’s fish of the day was a real standout — perfectly cooked, melt-in-the-mouth, and served with care and creativity. Service was warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. You can really feel the pride the staff take in making sure you have a great experience. It’s also incredible value for money — especially considering the quality of the food and the setting. The location is peaceful and quiet, tucked away with a stunning view over Puerto de Mogán. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a memorable meal away from the crowds. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

We'd read a lot of bad reviews, but based on reviews from friends, we walked in tonight and had a great meal and fantasic service by the very professoinal staff. They know how to cook fish at that place!

Visited the place as it was recommended by local people and was blown away of the great service, fresh fish and seafood. Very great value for money.

This little place next to the harbour is a bit out of the way and is right next to fishing boats. The fresh fish dish of the day was outstanding. The prawns were equally good. Nice drop of dry white wine from the islands. The food may not look fancy but the flavour and freshness completely makes up for it
